Her work has appeared in the magazines Better Homes and Gardens and Women's Day, and she is the author of two books featured as Better Homes and Gardens Book of the Month, Beautiful Crocheted Sweaters and Forty Fabulous Afghans. In 2006, Patricia was an Honorable Mention winner in a Design a Room Contestsponsored by Punch Software and Lowes.

Patricia has a business management education, is the Executive Vice-President of the Weare Area Chamber of Commerce and has a background in sales.
